We have increased agents on the phone by more than 75% since October and are in a strong position to answer your calls quickly.

Last week’s average contact centre wait time was 120 seconds. We will continue to hire at an accelerated pace through the summer months and are adding an option for a callback when wait times are longer than usual (coming later this spring).
